Parking Info

In order to expedite parking, we have moved all of our event parking for the whole weekend to the Ticket and Transportation Center at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. 
Upon arrival at the Ticket and Transportation Center, if you inform the parking attendant that you are with “Leadership Blue” and show this email you will be directed to a separate complimentary parking lot with a dedicated bus shuttle to the Contemporary Resort Convention Center.
Shuttles from the Ticket and Transportation Center will run every five to ten minutes during the weekend schedule. (Friday 2:00pm- 9:30pm, Saturday 7:30am to 11:30pm, and Sunday 8am- 5pm) 
*PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE ONSITE EARLY (WE RECOMMEND 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR) TO ENSURE YOU ARE ABLE TO PARK AND TAKE THE SHUTTLE OVER PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENTS, IN PARTICULAR THE LEADERSHIP BLUE GALA AND GALA RECEPTIONS*
